Latin American Countries Sign Declaration to Improve Access to Information and Public Participation
Led by Chile and the Economic Commission for Latin America (UNECLAC), 10 countries (at the time of this writing) have signed onto a declaration to launch a process negotiating a regional convention on access to information, public participation, and access to justice.
