Saint Lucia commits to increase the contribution of renewable energy to the national energy supply, support the development of indigenous energy sources and reduce the consumption of electricity in the public sector. 

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines commits to increase energy security and diversify their energy portfolio, reduce projected consumption of fossil fuels and reduce projected electricity generation.  

Samoa commits to increase public and private investment in renewable energy and promote energy efficiency practices. 

Seychelles commits to diversity their energy mix by promoting renewable energy sources, increase security of their energy supply and strengthen the institutional and legal framework of their energy sector.
